Meals During Your Stay
One of the best parts of staying at an inn is the local cuisine.
In addition to wild vegetables in spring, mushrooms in fall, and wild boar stew in winter, you can enjoy a variety of local dishes at the sunken hearth in your private room.
Hida beef, seasonal river fish, locally grown vegetables, and other seasonal delicacies are served at the sunken hearth in a private room.
Seasonal ingredients beautifully enhance the menu.
Relax and enjoy a traditional mountain village meal while chatting over a charcoal fire.
