A total of 10 kaiseki-style dishes are served, including river fish and vegetables roasted over an open hearth, handmade soba noodles made on the day, and fried char (Japanese trout), a specialty of Sugishima.
You can enjoy the flavors of Okumino, featuring seasonal wild vegetables, mushrooms, and locally raised river fish from the mountains.

We offer a taste of mountain village at an affordable price. The six-course menu includes an appetizer, sashimi, fried rockfish, and dessert.

Ume Kaiseki (Japanese plum course) is filled with the delicacies of the mountains.
