Consecutive nights

We do not accept bookings for consecutive nights.
If you wish to book a consecutive night stay, please contact us in advance.
Please refrain from booking through multiple reservation sites such as Jalan and Rakuten.

About the room

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM.

If I arrive before check-in time, can I check into my room?

No, you cannot enter your room before check-in time.

Is the hotel barrier-free?

The hotel is not fully wheelchair accessible.
However, our staff will assist you as much as possible, so please contact us in advance.
Wheelchairs are available for use within the hotel upon request.

Can I stay with my pet?

We do not allow pets to stay at the hotel.

What is the maximum occupancy per room?

The maximum number of guests is 8.

Do you have Western-style rooms?

Western-style rooms are available.

Are the toilets equipped with bidets?

All rooms are equipped with bidet toilets.

About the bath

What are the hours of the baths?

The baths are available from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
The same hours apply to the open-air baths in guest rooms.
Please note that cleaning takes place between 10:00 and 11:00 AM

Do you have private baths?

We have two private baths available.
Reservations are required after check-in and are free for overnight guests.
For day visitors, advance reservations are required and a fee applies.

Can I take a day trip to the baths?

Yes, we offer one-day bathing.
We also offer a meal plan that includes a one-day bathing service.

About the meal

Are meals served in your room?

Both breakfast and dinner are served in a private dining room with a sunken hearth.

What are the meal times?

Dinner is served at 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7:00 PM. Breakfast is served at 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, and 8:30 AM. Please inform us of your preferred time at check-in.

Is it possible to stay for consecutive nights?

No, we do not accept consecutive nights.

What if I have a food item I don’t like?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but there are some items we cannot accommodate, so please consult us at the time of reservation.
We will do our best to accommodate any food items you are not fond of.

About Traffic

Do you have a parking lot?

We have our own free parking lot.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

No, we do not offer a regular shuttle service
However, we operate a free shuttle bus during the winter season.
Please check the “Winter Transportation” page for details.

Where is the nearest station?

JR Gifu Station.
It takes about 1 hour and 50 minutes by bus to Itadori Village, and it is a short walk from the Itadori Swiss Village bus stop.

Is it possible to drive there in winter?

From December to March, snowfall and icy roads are possible.
If you are driving, we recommend using studless winter tires.

Are mah-jongg and karaoke available?

Mah-jongg and karaoke are not permitted.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Do you have any smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking.
Electronic cigarettes and heated cigarettes are also not permitted.
There are designated smoking areas in the hotel.

Can I bring outside food and beverages?

We are sorry. We do not allow it.
